All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@dreamsyourdestinations.com
Refunds will be credit to the original mode of payment within 7–21 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Any applicable transaction fees, convenience charges, or service fees are non-refundable.
Before 30 days of departure – Eligible for a full refund (after deducting service/transaction charges).
15–29 days before departure – Eligible for 50% refund.
7–14 days before departure – Eligible for 25% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure – No refund will be provided.
If a trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., minimum group size not met, operational issues, government restrictions), customers will receive either:
A full refund, or The option to reschedule/credit towards a future booking.
The following are non-refundable once booked:
Airfare, train tickets, and other transport services booked on behalf of the customer.
Visa fees, permits, and insurance charges.
Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
Refund requests for medical emergencies or unavoidable situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentary proof.
