Mittal Vacations
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, reservations, and travel-related services provided by Mittal Vacations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service with us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms.
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, office, authorized agents).
1.2 A deposit of [50%] of the total tour/package cost is required at the time of booking.
1.3 Full payment must be made before one day prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
1.4 Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
2.1 Prices quoted are based on prevailing rates, taxes, and exchange rates at the time of booking.
2.2 Package prices generally include transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and meals as specified in the itinerary.
2.3 Prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, tips, or services not mentioned in the itinerary.
3.1 Cancellation by Client:
More than 15 days before departure – 60% refund.
Within 10 days of departure – no refund.
Flight/train tickets are subject to airline/railway refund policies.
4.1 Any request for changes to booking (dates, hotels, flights, etc.) must be made in writing.
4.2 Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to make minor itinerary changes due to operational reasons.
5.1 Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required documents.
5.2 The Company is not liable for consequences arising from improper or missing documents.
5.3 Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain tours.
6.1 The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
6.2 We are not liable for injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services or force majeure events.
6.3 Clients are responsible for their conduct and compliance with local laws during travel.
7.1 Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if it deems a client unfit for travel.
7.3 COVID-19 or other health-related restrictions may apply as per government guidelines.
These Terms are governed by the laws of INDIA / DELHI. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of DELHI.
